Não se ofendam com o título deste post: pois não se concebe a discussão de hoje (22), na Assembléia Legislativa, tanto por oposicionistas quanto pela base do governo sobre a Medida Provisória Nº 085/2011 enviada pelo governo do Estado ao Legislativo maranhense, que institui o reajuste dos servidores públicos para R$ 540.
Nunca se viu um desperdício do dinheiro do contribuinte pelos deputados estaduais do Maranhão nesse debate, que consumiu quase o tempo todo da sessão, sem que tenham se preparado para debater dentro dos ditames legais, mas sim dentro das politiquices que virou rotina na Casa.
Todos os Estados brasileiros já ajustaram os salários de seus servidores dentro da Medida Provisória do ex-presidente Lula que estipulou o salário mínimo para este ano em R$ 540, com isso é o valor que está em vigor até que o Senado aprove o salário de R$ 545, já aprovado pela Câmara dos Deputados.
Diante do exposto, o governo Estadual tem como base para o pagamento dos vencimentos dos servidores públicos estaduais, no mês de janeiro, o salário mínimo vigente, cujo valor estipulado pela Medita Provisória do ex-presidente Lula é de R$ 540.
Com isso, nunca se viu um debate tão idiota e sem consistência como o que vimos hoje na Assembleia Legislativa, causando, com isso, um desperdício do dinheiro do contribuinte, que paga esses parlamentares para discutir o que realmente é válido.
Outra discussão imbecil acontecida, hoje, na Assembléia Legislativa, foi com referência ao Fundo de Combate a Pobreza – Fumacop. Este fundo foi criado em 2004, exatamente pelo governo José Reinaldo e o governo atual apenas prorrogou esse fundo até 2021, mas sem que sofra qualquer reajuste nas alíquotas já estabelecidas.
Contudo, a politicalha entrou em jogo mais uma vez. A oposição quis jogar para a platéia e a mídia que haverá aumento de combustível, luz, água, telefonia e outros serviços. Mentira!!! Visto que as alíquotas continuam as mesmas introduzidas no governo José Reinaldo, não gerando, com isso, nada que onere o que já vinha sedo feito desde 2004.
Em minha opinião, as discussões e debates na Assembleia Legislativa estão mais voltados as politicalhas e hipocrisias, em vez de debater dentro de sua essências das matérias em discussão em prol dos maranhenses.
Que os parlamentares deixem as patacoadas, as politiquices e as hipocrisias para os palanques eleitorais, visto que o contribuinte não merece pagar por esses serviços depois de eleitos.
