Para conhecimento dos que torcem contra: Refinaria Premium I retoma obras de terraplenagem em Bacabeira
Passado o período intenso de chuvas no primeiro semestre no Maranhão, as obras de terraplenagem da Refinaria Premium I, da Petrobras, na cidade de Bacabeira, foram retomadas esta semana pelo consórcio GSF, formado pelas empresas Galvão, Serveng e Fidens. O prazo previsto para a conclusão desta etapa é janeiro de 2012. No início desta semana, mais de 1.200 profissionais foram contratados e um contingente de mais de 900 estão em processo de recrutamento para trabalhar no local. Deste total, cerca de 70% são trabalhadores maranhenses das cidades de Bacabeira, Rosário, Santa Rita, São Luís e outras localidades.
Agindo como representante: Junior Marreca alerta prefeitos sobre novas regras para movimentação de recursos federais
O presidente da FAMEM, prefeito Junior Marreca, fez um alerta aos prefeitos maranhenses, nesta quarta-feira (6): precisam ficar atentos ao decreto que cria novas regras para a movimentação de recursos financeiros federais, em especial as transferências repassadas para os setores da Saúde, Educação e Assistencial Social. É que a partir de 29 de agosto esses recursos devem ser mantidos e movimentados em contas específicas abertas em instituições financeiras oficiais federais, ou seja, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco da Amazônia e Banco do Nordeste do Brasil. A determinação foi fixada pelo decreto 7.507, publicado no Diário Oficial da União dia 28 de junho, que regula atividades financeiras já previstas em outros instrumentos legais e que vêm sendo praticadas, mesmo que parcialmente, pelos entes. “O que merece mais destaque é a determinação de que todo e qualquer pagamento com esses recursos deverá ser feito exclusivamente por meio eletrônico, mediante crédito em conta corrente de titularidade dos fornecedores e prestadores de serviços devidamente identificados”, explica Marreca. Apesar dos pontos positivos, Junior Marreca ressalta que algumas dificuldades devem ser criadas aos gestores a partir da nova regra. A principal delas diz respeito à proibição do uso do cheque. Além disso, a carência de agências bancárias e a dificuldade de acesso à Internet nos municípios maranhenses podem ser complicadores a mais.
Relator do PLDO aprova emenda de Edivaldo Holanda Júnior para o combate às Drogas
O Relator do Projeto de Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias (PLDO) acatou a emenda apresentada pelo deputado Edivaldo Holanda Júnior referente ao “Plano Integrado de Enfrentamento ao Crack e outras Drogas”, isto significa que as despesas com estas importantes ações de Governo não poderão ser contingenciadas pelo governo, ou seja, não poderão ter seus recursos temporariamente suspensos com a limitação de empenho habitual. “O país não pode tornar-se refém do tráfico, cada vez mais organizado, trazendo drogas com potencial destrutivo altamente voraz como o Óxi que põem fim à esperança e ao futuro dos jovens; o país depende dessas ações”, destaca o Deputado Edivaldo Holanda Júnior. A informação do acolhimento desta emenda do Dep. Edivaldo Holanda Júnior foi bastante divulgada pelos Jornais da Capital. Holanda Júnior comemorou: “Estou muito feliz em ver o resultado do nosso trabalho na Câmara dos Deputados, estamos aprovando emendas que realmente interessam ao povo Brasileiro”, concluiu o deputado.
Atenção, correntistas!!! Bancos terão que devolver mais de R$ 1 bilhão a vocês
O Ministério Público Federal do Rio de Janeiro anunciou nesta quarta-feira (06) que está processando os bancos Santander, Itaú-Unibanco e o HSBC. No total são cinco ações que totalizam mais de R$ 1 bilhão que os bancos terão que devolver a seus correntistas, por cobranças feitas entre 2008 e 2010 em desacordo com a norma do Banco Central sobre tarifas bancárias. As ações civis públicas pedem a restituição do dobro dos valores indevidamente cobrados, com juros e correção. De acordo com o procurador da República e autor das ações, Claúdio Gheventer, os pedidos foram feitos em nível nacional, mas posteriormente poderão ser limitados.
Roberto Gurgel continua como procurador-geral
A indicação será publicada hoje (07), no Diário Oficial da União. Roberto Gurgel foi indicado pela presidente da República, Dilma Rousseff, para ser reconduzido ao cargo de procurador-geral da República. A presidente Dilma Rousseff resolveu manter o atual chefe do MP, por ser ele o mais votado na lista tríplice a ela enviada pela Associação Nacional dos Procuradores da República (ANPR). Os outros dois nomes eram os dos subprocuradores Rodrigo Janot Monteiro de Barros e Ela Wiecko Volkmer de Castilo. A presidente não estava obrigada a escolher um dos indicados pela ANPR, mas seguiu a tradição inaugurada pelo ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
