A Comissão Intergestores Bipartite (CIB) determinou nesta quinta-feira (18), em reunião extraordinária, que a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES) e a Prefeitura de São Luís quitem até a próxima sexta-feira (25) os débitos que têm entre si. Esta semana o secretário estadual de Saúde, Ricardo Murad, já havia determinado o pagamento da contrapartida estadual referente aos programas Farmácia Básica e Serviço Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) devidas a todos os municípios.
Na reunião presidida pelo secretário adjunto de Saúde, José Márcio Leite, um dos pontos em pauta era a retirada do teto de São Luís no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) do valor de R$ 8,5 milhões devidos à SES por serviços ambulatoriais e hospitalares prestados pela rede estadual de saúde nos meses de setembro, outubro, novembro e dezembro de 2010. Esses recursos são transferidos pelo Ministério da Saúde ao Município e deveriam ter sido repassados ao Estado.
Como a secretária municipal de Saúde, Yeda Gomes Vanderley, propôs um acerto de contas com a SES, com base em contrapartida estadual dos programas Farmácia Básica e SAMU, a CIB decidiu estabelecer a data de 25 de março para que Estado e Município sanem seus débitos. “A Secretaria de Estado da Saúde já está atualizando todas as suas obrigações com os municípios e atenderá o prazo estabelecido pela CIB. Esperamos que a Prefeitura cumpra a obrigação constitucional de repassar os recursos federais à rede estadual por serviços prestados à população”, concluiu Ricardo Murad.
Também na reunião de ontem a CIB aprovou a criação de uma comissão que realizará um estudo junto ao Ministério da Saúde para saber quanto o governo federal repassa para o atendimento de alta complexidade do SUS no Maranhão e como os recursos são aplicados.

olha aprefeitura de sao luis nao paga nem seus funcionarios corretamente porque o sus recebido pelos funcionarios da saude hoje e de 50 reais sendo que na folha de pagamento o valor e diferente 480 reais para onde vai os 420 que e di direito dos funcionario da saude pode perguntar para qual funcionario municipal o valor de seu sus ele respondera a mais de 10anos nao passa de 50 reais quando dona gardenia foi prefeita o valor era de um salario minimo mas o jacsom lago cortou e deu quanto queria ate hoje .seria bom se voltasse a ser pago direto pelo governo federal ai receberiamos o que e de direito a prtefeitura nao paga a gente mas talves pague o governo sao cachorros grandes
