Sistema existente permite consulta de transferências a todos os municípios do País. Medida está entre as ações anunciadas no Dia Mundial da Saúde. A página do Ministério da Saúde na internet tem agora um sistema de consulta com informações sobre todos os repasses de recursos do Fundo Nacional de Saúde (FNS) aos municípios brasileiros. Ao clicar no nome do município, será possível conferir o valor do repasse, para quê foi destinado, número do processo, o banco onde foi feito o depósito, número da conta e da agência. A transferência de recursos do Fundo Nacional de Saúde é feita por blocos de financiamento: Atenção Básica; Média e Alta Complexidade; Vigilância em Saúde; Assistência Farmacêutica; Gestão do SUS; e Investimentos. Com exceção do Bloco Vigilância em Saúde, em que os repasses são feitos a cada quatro meses, nos outros blocos as transferências acontecem mensalmente, na sua maioria.

Sedel lança JEMs 2011 na terça-feira (12)
A Secretaria de Esporte e Lazer (Sedel) confirmou o lançamento oficial da 39ª edição dos Jogos Escolares Maranhenses (JEMs), maior evento esportivo do Maranhão, para a próxima terça-feira (12). Após o lançamento, o secretário de Esporte e Lazer, Joaquim Haickel, concederá entrevista coletiva com o objetivo de esclarecer dúvidas que possam existir sobre a competição estadual de 2011. A cerimônia ocorrerá no auditório do Palácio Henrique de La Rocque (Calhau), às 16h.
Lideranças estudantis com Olga Simão
Lideranças estudantis se reuniram com a secretária de Educação, Olga Simão, com a finalidade de conhecer as propostas apresentadas pelo Governo do Estado, por meio da Seduc, durante as negociações com o Sinproesemma. A secretária fez uma retrospectiva detalhada do processo de negociação, incluindo o compromisso de envio imediato do Estatuto do Professor à Assembleia Legislativa, a fim de evitar a greve dos docentes da rede estadual de ensino, mostrando, ainda, os recursos orçamentários da secretaria. Olga Simão reafirmou que a Seduc permanece aberta ao diálogo com os professores, mesmo depois que o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) confirmou a ilegalidade da greve de professores.

Para essa “secretária”, é muito fácil mostrar os números (recursos financeiros) para os alunos da rede estadual de ensino e convcê-los, pq eles não entendem nada desse assunto. Ela vem dizendo ao longo desse processo, que o governo se compromete a enviar a Assembleia Legislativa, o Plano de Cargos dos Professores ainda este ano. No entanto, não diz quando. Neste ano pode ser em abril ou dezembro. Seria bom que ela viesse a pública dizer qual a data em o Estado enviará esse Plano para ser votado pelos deputados. Quanto ao recurso do Simproessema junto ao STF, já se pode até antecipar o resultado. De um judiciário corrupto como o Brasil pode se esperar tudo, inclusive os mais inescrupolosos conchavos para pejudicar os professores.
