Quanto eu escrevi “A política é movida pela hipocrisia ou é dinâmica????”, onde os humoristas e comentarista político tem um ambiente fértil para suas piadas e escritos. A vida política é rica em episódios que proporcionam as mais variadas piadas e críticas jornalísticas. É verdade. Qual o custo disto? A perda da vergonha e da ética no seio da sociedade. É vergonhoso para todos nós, ao menos este deveria ser o sentimento a envolver os homens de bem, que convivem com a destruição da ética e da verdade, a cada dia, pelos que se dizem representantes do povo.
Não demorou muito em vir um caso típico do que relato naquele artigo. Chegou em minha caixa de email uma dessa práticas hipocritas. O denunciante pediu para manter sua identidade sobre sigilo, irei respeitar, mas postarei o fato, pois o mesmo disse haver provas suficientes que comprovam todas as ilicitudes e irregularidades em Vitória do Mearim.
Vamos ao fato:
Segundo o informante, nas eleições para escolha do Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Vitória do Mearim/Ma. exercício 2011/2012, ainda no final de 2010, no dia marcado compareceram apenas 04 vereadores: o George (PSB), o Hélio Silva (DEM), o Antonio Silva (PT) e o Linhares (PMN), quorum que não atendia os ditames para eleger o presidente da Casa.
Vendo que precisavam de mais um vereador, cooptaram o Laércio Faray (PTB), que perspicaz exigiu que ele fosse o Presidente.
De imediato aceitaram a exigência de Laércio e como o quorum já era suficiente, deliberaram todos os rituais, fecharam a chapa que comporaria a mesa e votaram favorável. Eleita a nova mesa, os vereadores foram comemorar até o dia raiar.
No inicio do Ano de 2011, de acordo com o informante, a Prefeita Doris Rios e seu marido Reginaldo (quem realmente governa) interviram no pleito da Câmara por não confiarem no presidente Laércio.
Insatisfeita, a prefeita convocou os 08 vereadores da Câmara, sem a presença do presidente Laércio, e marcaram uma nova data pra realização de uma nova eleição da mesa diretora, coisa atendida de imediato pelos veradores.
Elegeram quem a prefeita e seu marido determinaram, o vereador Hélio Silva. O Laércio Faray, insatisfeito, ingressou na Justiça pra reaver seu cargo. Perdeu aqui na Comarca, mas ganhou no TJ o direito de assumir a presidencia, mas no dia da posse, em Fevereiro deste Ano, quando ele chegou com a decisão liminar do TJ os vereadores evadiram-se do prédio da Camara, para não darem posse ao Laércio.
O informante disse que o Juiz local, Dr. Milvan Gedeon, que não concedera a liminar julgou o mérito e mais uma vez contra o Laércio, derrubando-o da presidencia, e este mais uma vez recorreu ao TJ e ganhou o Direito novamente de assumir o cargo maior da mesa diretora. Forçados pela justiça e sem prazo para se manterem ausentes das sessões os vereadores deram posse ao mesmo, mas recorreram ao Superior Tribunal de Justiça, em Brasília.
Recentemente uma decisão do STJ cassa a liminar que mantia o Laércio na Presidencia e valida a segunda eleição, ou seja, coloca o Hélio Silva na Presidencia, que foi devidamente com honras e muitas festa, foguetes e comemorações dentre eles, empossado.
O certo é que esta pendenga se arrasta desde Dezembro/2010 e até hoje nada se definiu por que o Laércio recorreu da decisão e tem chances de voltar a ser presidente.
“Enquanto isto a prefeita e seu marido riem da situação e desdenham do povo. A camara é subserviente a eles que sequer fiscalizam seus atos. O que é pior: as reuniões da Camara agora se transformou em campo de batalha com insultos trocados entre Laércio e Hélio Silva, entre Laércio e Antonio Silva (tio do Hélio), que nesta última sexta feira quase vão as vias de fato. Se agrediram em plenário sob as vaias do povo. As palavras com as quais se agridem sao impublicaveis”, disse o informante.
Para o informante, quem perde com isto é o povo que vê o dinheiro público sendo gasto em farras do filho da prefeita no carnaval de Pinheiro e daqui também. Que vê as orgias do marido da prefeita. Que assiste a compra de dezenas de fazenda na região, onde numa delas chega a construir um predio de 3 pavimentos, envidraçado, onde só a suite dos mesmos mede 70m2. Esta fazenda se chama Boca da Mata e localiza-se próximo ao povoado Santa Rosa e São Benedito na região do Japão. Uma vergonha total.
Diante dos fatos relatados pelo infortante, digam-me se isso é o dinamismo e ético da política, ou não passa de hipocrisias e politicalhas em busca do poder?

Sobre a matéria “A hipocrisia e a politicalha se apodera” (caso de Vitoria do Mearim), venho a relatar um outro fato de falta de respeito, para com o POVO de BOM JARDIM-MA, pois aqui o Prefeito ROQUE PORTELA elegeu o presidente da Câmara foi com apenas QUATRO votos contra cinco, isso mesmo, QUATRO VOTOS contra cinco, diante da situação bastante complicada de se entender, o Juiz da Comarca, Dr. Raul Goulart, suspendeu os efeitos da eleição, onde 4 vereadores ganharam de 5, no entanto o Excelentissimo Senhor Desembargador JAMIL GEDEON, DD. Presidente do TJ/MA, condeu Liminar validando esta eleição macabra.
Então, onde podemos buscar as leis? em quem devemos confiar?
