Estive lendo sua coluna que tem post titulo “A hipocrisia e a politicalha se apodera de Vitória do Mearim”, e vi que o seu informante solicitou que fosse mantido o sigilo da sua identidade, e você publico mesmo assim, justificando que o informante disse ter provas de todas as ilicitudes. Com isso, não estou reprovando sua atitude, mas sim solicitando que as informações que irei lhe passar sejam também publicadas.
Analisando o texto e constatando o seu lado tendencioso e sem parcialidade, cheguei à conclusão que o seu informante é o próprio Laércio Faray.
Mas deixando isso de lado, vou lhe passar algumas informações, todas com provas, e gostaria que você tivesse a mesma honestidade em publicá-las, até mesmo pra provar a sua imparcialidade.
Vamos aos fatos:
A primeira eleição foi feita no dia 12 de novembro de 2010 e a segunda no dia 19 de novembro de 2010, uma semana depois, e não em 2011 com você publicou.
Na eleição do dia 12 o vereador Laércio estava presente desde o começo, se apoderou da cadeira de Presidente e conseguiu manobrar os outros quatro vereadores, não havia naquele dia nenhum representante da Mesa Diretora, e ele se achou no direito de presidir a sessão.
Faltou ao seu informante lhe passar que de janeiro a março de 2011, em que o vereador Laércio Jorge assumiu a presidência por liminares concedidas pelo TJMA, foram sacados nada menos que R$ 120.000,00 (cento e vinte mil reais) com cheques emitidos a ele próprio, inclusive os últimos saques no valor de R$ 30.000,00, foram sacados pela sua esposa logo após sair decisão do STJ, lhe tirando da presidência, ou seja, a decisão saiu às 18:09h, do dia 23 de março de 2010, mas no dia 24 de março de 2011, antes que fosse informado ao banco, por volta das 09h, o Vereador Laércio emitiu 03 cheques no valor de R$ 10.000,00 (dez mil reais) cada, emitidos a ele próprio.
Faltou informar que nesse período, não foram pagos as obrigações, como INSS, IRRF, conta de luz, telefone e internet e outras.
Vale lembrar, que o Vereador Laércio foi presidente da Câmara de Vitória no período de 2005 a 2008, se você fizer uma busca no Tribunal de Contas do Estado vai constatar que ele tem que devolver aos cofres do município aproximadamente R$ 800.000,00 (oitocentos mil reais), todas as contas reprovadas, ai sim valeria o titulo.

Um fato no meio político local passou despercebido pela imprensa durante a semana: a ausência da governadora Roseana Sarney em pelo menos dois momentos importantes do seu governo.
O primeiro, durante o lançamento do Programa de Capacitação de Pessoas – Capacitar, parceria com a Suzano Papel e Celulose, realizado na quinta-feira em Imperatriz. No evento, a governadora foi representada pelo chefe da Casa Civil, Luís Fernando, em solenidade que contou inclusive com presença do diretor presidente da Suzano, Antônio Maciel. Vale ressaltar que na cidade Roseana teve o pior desempenho eleitoral durante a campanha.
O segundo, ocorrido na sexta-feira em São Luís, foi na assinatura da ordem de serviço para o início da construção do espigão da Ponta d’Areia. Uma obra de grande relevância estrutural para a capital. Mais uma vez ausente, Roseana foi representada no ato pelo secretário de Infraestrutura, Max Barros.
Talvez o fraco desempenho da sua gestão, os vários protestos realizados contra o modelo até então implementado e os baixos índices de popularidade que enfrenta sejam os motivos que têm levado a governadora a optar, neste momento, por ficar distante de eventos e aparições públicas. Mas ainda há tempo de Roseana fazer o “melhor governo da sua vida”.
