Consup aprova transformação do Carlos Macieira em hospital de alta complexidade
O Conselho Superior do Fundo Estadual de Pensão e Aposentadoria (Consup) aprovou, na segunda-feira (18), a proposta da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde (SES) de transformar o Hospital Carlos Macieira (Ipem) em unidade de alta complexidade do sistema estadual de saúde. A proposta aprovada pelo Consup prevê o arrendamento imediato do prédio do Hospital Carlos Macieira, que é patrimônio do Fundo Estadual de Pensão e Aposentadoria (Fepa), para a Secretaria de Estado de Saúde. Com essa medida, será implantado um novo modelo de gestão que permitirá a inclusão do hospital no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), como referência de alta complexidade dentro do Programa Saúde é Vida. A proposta foi apresentada ao Consup pelo secretário de Estado de Saúde, Ricardo Murad. Com a mudança na gestão, o servidor e seus dependentes terão acesso garantido ao serviço de urgência e emergência do hospital, e de acordo com a classificação de risco poderão ser encaminhados para outras unidades de saúde ou internados no próprio Carlos Macieira.
FAMEM promete empenho pela causa dos agentes comunitários da saúde
O presidente da FAMEM, prefeito Junior Marreca, assegurou, nesta terça-feira (19), que está disposto a unir forças pela causa dos agentes comunitários de saúde de todo o estado. Ele já havia declarado apoio à causa durante a plenária estadual da classe, na última quinta-feira (14). Em reunião com representantes da Federação Maranhenses de Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (FEMACS), Marreca disse que vai interceder junto à Câmara dos Deputados, em Brasília, para o efetivo cumprimento da Lei 10.507, sancionada ainda na administração de Fernando Henrique Cardoso e que, na prática, incorpora os agentes comunitários – até hoje considerados bolsistas – no quadro do funcionalismo público municipal. Concessão de férias, 13º salário e insalubridade, além do piso nacional de dois salários mínimos, são outras vantagens que os agentes reivindicam. Atualmente, eles recebem apenas bolsa, do Governo Federal, no valor de R$ 714,00. “Nós somos solidários a essa causa e estamos iniciando essa espécie de ‘namoro’ justamente para resolver a questão da melhor forma possível. Até porque, se sabemos que é justa a reivindicação dos agentes, sabemos também que a realidade financeira de cada município deve ser respeitada pra evitar impactos danosos às contas das prefeituras”, argumentou.
Roberto Costa sai em defesa do governo
O deputado Roberto Costa usou um aparte no discurso do deputado Eduardo Braide, na sessão desta terça-feira (19), para elogiar a atitude de imparcialidade do deputado, e para reforçar o apoio ao projeto de Emenda à Constituição apresentada por Braide, que cria o Fundo Estadual de Combate ao Câncer. E ressaltou a problemática em torno de se fazer política em todos os assuntos abordados nos discursos dos deputados oposicionistas. “Agora, nós temos que ter aqui a responsabilidade de entender que nós não podemos fazer em todo momento nesta Casa política com o sofrimento dessa população, precisamos estar acima disso tudo para fazermos realmente uma corrente aqui na Assembleia para ajudar o povo do Maranhão”, disse Roberto Costa. E criticou o fato de alguns deputados estarem transferindo responsabilidades que são da Prefeitura de São Luís ao Governo do Estado. Quanto ao carnaval da Beija-Flor, Roberto Costa classificou de mentirosa as acusações da oposição em criticar o apoio do Governo do Estado à Escola de Samba, Beija Flor do Rio de Janeiro. “As informações que a oposição está repassando sobre o investimento que o Governo do Estado fez a Beija Flor é uma grande mentira”.
Prefeito de Trizidela do Vale é denunciado por apresentar contas irregulares
A 1ª Câmara Criminal do Tribunal de Justiça do Maranhão (TJMA) recebeu denúncia contra o prefeito municipal de Trizidela do Vale, Jânio de Sousa Freitas. Ele é acusado pelo Ministério Público Estadual (MPE) de apresentar ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE) contas irregulares referentes ao exercício financeiro de 2007. O julgamento aconteceu na sessão desta terça-feira, 19. De acordo com o processo, o gestor municipal sonegou documentos exigidos pela legislação, fracionou despesas e burlou a lei de licitações, ao deixar de realizar procedimentos licitatórios para despesas de valores expressivos e de diversas origens. Dentre as irregularidades apontadas pelo TCE estão a contratação de maquinários no valor de R$ 96.000,00 e a aquisição e locação de veículo no total de R$182.000,00; gêneros alimentícios em R$44.400,00 e R$24.568,00 em material de construção. De acordo com a denúncia do MPE, todas as referidas aquisições de bens e serviços foram efetivadas de maneira fracionada, a fim de eliminar a concorrência e concentrar as compras em um número pequeno de pessoas físicas e jurídicas.
Maranhão pode sediar torneio internacional de judô em 2012
O Maranhão tem grandes chances de sediar, em 2012, uma competição internacional de judô. A informação foi confirmada pelo secretário de Estado de Esporte e Lazer, Joaquim Haickel, durante o Campeonato Brasileiro de Judô Região I, realizado no fim de semana, no Ginásio Castelinho, em São Luís. De acordo com Haickel, a Secretaria de Estado de Esporte e Lazer (Sedel) está empenhada em trazer um importante campeonato de judô para a capital maranhense. “É um desejo nosso sim. Pretendemos trazer para o Maranhão um desafio internacional de judô. Os atletas da seleção brasileira poderão enfrentar os melhores judocas do mundo em São Luís”, disse. E o desejo de o Maranhão sediar um evento internacional no ano em que São Luís completa 400 anos foi bem aceito pelo presidente da Confederação Brasileira de Judô (CBJ), Paulo Wanderley. Segundo o dirigente, São Luís tem tudo para receber eventos internacionais no ano que vem, além de contar com a simpatia da CBJ.
