Isso não passa de hipocrisia e canalhice, pois em países altamente desenvolvidos, os parlamentares não dispõem dessa prerrogativa, visto que sabem que isso não trará ao parlamento discussões de matérias que sejam em prol do povo, mas sim trocas de ofensas e denúncias sem consistências apenas com o intuito de fazer a politicalha pela disputada pelo poder.
Muitos, inocentemente ou de caso pensado, confundiram as questões e misturaram a liberdade de expressão com o instituto confuso e anacrônico da imunidade parlamentar. Sua criação foi num contexto específico de lutas intensas entre o Rei e o Parlamento. Este, com medo de retaliação, procurou se precaver e se tornar imune a processos ou perseguições por crime de opinião.
Seria anormal ou apenas uma opinião, um ideal, afirmar que os parlamentos não agem de acordo com os propósitos do povo, que fica de mal, raivoso, rancoroso com os políticos e de ranços com a política! Política de uma sinonímia trivial, horrenda e sem moral. Cada cabeça uma sentença, diz o dito popular.
A sabedoria dos mais idosos e experientes afirma que a má política incomoda mais que uma dor de dente, um parto fórceps, ou uma sutura vaginal. Tudo aqui exposto não é fantasia, nem irreal, são fatos rotineiros e reais do que pensa o povo sobre o parlamento, principalmente com debates bestiais, que transforma os legislativos em casa da Noca, ou seja, num amplo bacanal.
Os parlamentos estão recheados de fatos e acontecimentos politiqueiros, que alimentam a mídia e os ouvidos dos barranqueiros. Fato delituoso, cobrança de fatura da tribuna, mesmo sendo o deputado mais beneficiado, nepotismo cruzado entre gabinetes, falta de ética, falta de decoro parlamentar e o que não falta, denuncias sem consistência e debates imorais. Por isso, a imunidade parlamentar não cabe numa democracia, visto que a prerrogativa principal de um representante do povo e legislar em prol do povo e fiscalizar o Executivo dentro dos parâmetros legais, mas essa imunidade apenas dar o direito da troca de ofensas, coisa que rouba a consciência de quem os elegeu.
Basta que o povo se rebele e passe a se unir para derrubar essa prerrogativa que não ajuda em nada a consolidação da democracia no Brasil. Numa democracia os direitos são igualitários a todos os cidadãos. É preciso lutar contra essas vantagens idiotas, que devem dar lugar a um momento diferente que igualará todos os homens no propósito de construir o futuro, ai a responsabilidade não será procrastinada e cada cidadão cumprirá o seu dever.
