A época do vereador Ivan Costa (homem público) presidindo a Câmara de São Luis, é pedagógico e oportuno que se diga que muitos pescadores artesanais representando de forma organizada outros tantos pescadores artesanais e marisqueiras desta cidade, durante a realização de um protesto em frente a nossa augusta Casa Legislativa, tiveram alguns dos seus barrados pelo Serviço de Segurança dos vereadores que estavam naquele momento na sede dessa Casa, e mesmo assim não foram recebidos por nenhum vereador, e legislativamente nunca foi discutida a questão da Pesca Artesanal e Trabalhadores e Trabalhadoras no âmbito desta capital, de certo porque envolve os crônicos ambientais e hídricos, que tem comprometido o padrão de piscosidade que deveria existir nos nossos rios e na faixa litorânea, causando vários tipos de patologias.
Colônias de Pescadores foram criadas no Maranhão, somente para atender a Superintendência do Desenvolvimento da Pesca-SUDEP, em relação a Recursos a fundo perdidos, fato esse que depois de muito tempo gerando significativo descrédito da modalidade classista Colônia, motivados por um Movimento de Pescadores no país, pescadores maranhense fizeram de forma organizada surgir em vários municípios, os Sindicatos dos Pescadores da Pesca Artesanal e Aqüicultura, que começaram bem, mas em sua quase totalidade está com problemas internos, pouco importando seus Regimentos Internos e Estatuto Social.
Na falta da pré-disposição dos nossos atuais vereadores, – muitos dos quais contatados a respeito – espera-se que em nome do interesse coletivo envolvido, possa a próxima legislatura da capital maranhense, de uma cidade com seus 400 anos, discutir e exigir melhor atenção da Prefeitura a esta questão, que continua igual em toda a grande ilha São Luis, e nos demais municípios do estado, onde é comum observar a questão Pesca Artesanal e Aqüicultura, em relação à contaminação das águas dos lagos e dos campos inundáveis. OLHA SÓ CAIO, NÃO É PRECISO VC TER SUA OPINIÃO BABAQUARA, ISSO NÃO VALE MAIS SIM A OPINIÃO DE QUE ENTENDEM…VEJA.
Ministros do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) e um especialista em direito administrativo ouvidos pela Folha de S. Paulo entendem que o presidente do Senado, José Sarney (PMDB-AP), não tem direito de usar o helicóptero da Polícia Militar do Maranhão durante os fins de semana. Trata-se, segundo eles, de “desvio de finalidade”.
Sarney, por sua vez, acredita que “não prejudicou ninguém” quando viajou até sua residência na Ilha de Curupu (MA) na aeronave, como revelou a Folha.
O modelo foi comprado por R$ 16,5 milhões – com ajuda do Ministério da Justiça – para garantir serviços de segurança e saúde públicas.
Por ser presidente do Poder Legislativo, ele entende ter os mesmos direitos do presidente da República, já que a Constituição diz que os três Poderes são “harmônicos e independentes”.
Um decreto de 2008 diz que autoridades do Poder Executivo da União têm direito a veículos de representação “em todo território nacional” – garantindo o uso ao presidente inclusive nos finais de semana.
A regra não cita o presidente do Congresso, mas Sarney, ao evocar a Constituição, diz, em outras palavras que, o que vale para o Executivo, vale para ele também.
Sarney também alega que recebeu um convite de sua filha, a governadora Roseana Sarney (PMDB), para viajar.
Três ministros do Supremo, que conversaram em caráter reservado, avaliam que não existe qualquer legislação que garanta às autoridades federais a utilização de veículos estaduais.
E o agravante, segundo os ministros, seria que o helicóptero da PM não é um veículo de representação, aqueles utilizados apenas para o transporte de autoridades.
A própria norma que garante os tais “veículos de representação” às autoridades fala em outra modalidade: os “de serviços especiais”, como o helicóptero da PM do Maranhão, que só podem ser usados para segurança e saúde públicas, fiscalização e segurança e coleta nacionais.
“Ainda que não fosse um veículo da PM, não faz o menor sentido o Estado assumir o ônus. É uma responsabilidade da União [pagar o transporte de autoridades]”, diz Carlos Sundfeld, da FGV.

Dois ex-congressistas do Maranhão repassaram parte da verba de custeio da atividade parlamentar para uma empresa-fantasma.
O ex-senador Mauro Fecury (PMDB) e o ex-deputado Clóvis Fecury (DEM-MA), seu filho, repassaram juntos R$ 189.129,66 à Discovery Transporte a título de ressarcimento de gastos com o fretamento de táxi aéreo.
Conforme a Folha revelou na segunda-feira (22), a Discovery Transporte não tem avião, sede ou funcionários e não está registrada na Anac (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil), condição necessária para voar.
No endereço informado pela empresa à Receita Federal, há uma casa em um conjunto habitacional simples.
Recursos da cota dos Fecury foram repassados à Discovery entre junho de 2009 e novembro de 2010.
A empresa também recebeu dinheiro da cota do deputado José Vieira (PR-MA).
A Folha não conseguiu localizar os dois ex-congressistas. A reportagem ligou para os telefones do ex-deputado, mas não houve resposta em nenhum deles. Foi deixado recado na Uniceuma, instituição de ensino que pertence à família Fecury, mas também não houve resposta.
O ex-senador Mauro Fecury foi eleito suplente da ex-senadora Roseana Sarney (PMDB) em 2002.
Ele assumiu a vaga definitivamente em abril de 2009, quando ela renunciou ao cargo para assumir o governo do Maranhão. Em agosto e novembro de 2001, Mauro Fecury destinou R$ 47.650 à Discovery Transporte.
Na eleição de 2010, o ex-senador foi eleito segundo suplente do senador João Alberto de Souza (PMDB-MA).
Após dois mandatos como deputado federal, Clóvis Fecury foi eleito, em 2010, primeiro suplente do senador João Alberto.
Segundo o site da Câmara dos Deputados, Clóvis destinou um total de R$ 141.479,66 à empresa. A última suposta viagem do ex-deputado custou R$ 24.400, em novembro de 2010.

Como os políticos não decidem se Sarney deve viajar de helicóptero ou de jumento, aproveito esse espaço para um pequeno comercial. Estou vendendo um jumento, um jegue, um asno com 15 mil quilômetros rodados apenas, um mamífero perissodactilo que, embora tenha orelhas compridas e focinho, tem vergonha na cara e não mete a mão no alheio.

Mas não é também um asno de alma pura. De vez em quando ele carrega um senador, um empreiteiro, um secretário de Estado, desde que lhe permitam provar do “capim verde” das ilhas particulares.
Como não é um muar de origem cristã, meu Equus ferus caballus não carrega doentes nem gente honesta ou que fuja da polícia como o menino Jesus, carregado em outro jumento, fugiu de Herodes Antipas. Isto porque, ao contrário dos outros de sua raça, nasceu do cruzamento híbrido de um helicóptero ilegal com uma mula de fina estampa e deu no que deu. Daí, a zoada que ele faz.
Robustez, capacidade de adaptação a corredores de palácios, caminhos acidentados e meio ambiente adverso, além de docilidade com os que estão no poder são seus principais atributos, defeitos que adquiriu na convivência com a raça humana.
Em tempo: o jumento é também muito bom de campanha eleitoral. Melhor que qualquer helicóptero alugado pelo governo do Amapá.
Com certeza Dobingos Dutra comprará tudo isso de você e levar para Saco das Almas, pois assim fará firas e ganhará tudo, igual fez com o apartamento. Também ele não precisará mais de avião da FAB – coisa que ele não tem direito – junto com o funcionário fantasma de Maricá, Márcio Jardim, para vir de Brasília fazer baderna em frente ao INCRA. Também não veremos mais a quadrinha de Ze Noel pagar por pontes que não vão e vem de lugar algum, coisa que o levou algemado para a cadeira da PF por surrupiar milhões do dinheiro do contribuinte. Por outro lado, tenta vender tudo isso para o Caostelo, que não disse até hoje onde enfiou os R$ 75 milhões… Ou ainda você emprestar tudo isso para a Campanha do burguês Flávio Dino…. Que sabe você não use de outra forma?

Estou de férias, passando uns dias na Bahia, e queria entender direitinho essa história do Sarney fazendo turismo no helicóptero do Maranhão. Vamos lá: Então, o governo do Estado mais pobre, com o pior IDH e os piores índices de português e matemática comprou o helicóptero mais caro do país?
A desculpa, ops!, o motivo foi cuidar da segurança de todos os cidadãos maranhenses? E o tal helicóptero serve mesmo para transportar os pais da governadora nos fins de semana, com todo o conforto, para a ilha particular da família?
Mas os índices de criminalidade não são piores justamente nos fins de semana, quando o tal helicóptero seria mais útil para a população?
E o que estavam fazendo no voo o um empresário que tem os maiores contratos com o Estado e a sua mulher? Tratando do interesse público? O que é mais urgente e importante: o ferido com traumatismo encéfalocraniano que chegou no primeiro helicóptero e ficou esperando o desembarque da família imperial e seu séquito ou os veranistas Sarney e seus amigos empresários?
Se o Sarney ganha R$ 62 mil por mês, do Senado, da aposentadoria do governo do Maranhão e de uma tal aposentadoria do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado (que é uma verdadeira mãe, pelo visto), por que ele não pode pagar os próprios passeios? Desisto.
Não dá mesmo pra entender nada. Só os verdadeiros motivos de o Maranhão e os maranhenses estarem como estão. É de chorar.

The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard.
