A prefeita Bia Venâncio realizou, ontem (25), o lançamento oficial do programa municipal “Paço em Ação”, no Residencial Menino Gabriel, na antiga Vila Bob Kenned. O programa visa realizar uma série de ações sociais em várias comunidades carentes do município de Paço do Lumiar.
Na primeira edição do programa social “Paço em Ação” foi realizado várias atividades para os moradores daquela localidade, como: aplicação de flúor, consultas médicas (crianças e adultos), distribuição de medicamentos, aferição de pressão, teste de glicemia, teste de HIV, palestras educativas, vacinação, emissão de documentos, serviço de corte de cabelo, manicure e pedicura, e ainda um espaço de vivencia onde as crianças puderam brincar e esbanjar a criatividade com lindos desenhos, e apresentações culturais. Além disso, foi feita a distribuição de alimentos produzidos dentro do próprio município (alimentos produzidos pela agricultura familiar que faz parte do projeto Compra Local), e distribuição de cestas básicas e de kit de enxoval para mulheres gestantes.
Disposta a mudar a realidade dos munícipes, a Bia Venâncio disse que a Ação tem como intuito levar ação social a todas as comunidades carentes de Paço do Lumiar, e a cada mês vai beneficiar comunidades que necessitam mais da atenção do poder público.
Que a prefeita dê continuidade a essa ação, cujo resultado é gratificante para a coletividade, que precisa de serviços que valorize os cidadãos…
