Dado em primeira mão pelo blog do jornalista Gilberto Leda e divulgado pelo blog do jornalista Marco D’Eça, a prisão do Tenente-Coronel Bombeiro Marcelo Ferreira Costa, não poderia deixar de tecer meus comentários sobre o assunto, pois conheço a integridade moral e ética de Marcelo, visto que o tenho grande apreço há vários anos.
Segundo o seu advogado, Enéias Garcia Fernandes Neto – OAB 6756-Ma, o Tenente-Coronel Marcelo é comandante do 1º Grupamento de Bombeiros Militar do Maranhão, localizado no Parque Bom Menino, e que no primeiro dia útil de cada mês é realizada uma reunião com todos os Grupamentos e Sub-Grupamentos, com a finalidade de deliberar assuntos relacionados ao Corpo de Bombeiros Militar.
O comandante Marcelo foi preso arbitrariamente, conforme relata a petição do Dr. Enéias:
Diante dos argumentos de desrespeito, Marcelo foi preso, onde ficaria por quatro dias detido, porém a Justiça Militar, através dos argumentos de defesa, emitiu o Alvará de soltura de imediato, conforme abaixo:
Esse tipo de arbitrariedade é um absurdo dos absurdos! Isso se configura num pleonasmo, como subir pra cima ou descer pra baixo: O Comandante-Geral atentou gravemente a democracia em nosso País!
Segundo informações, o comandante-geral continua perseguindo o tenente-coronel Marcelo, depois de sua soltura, pois proibiu a entrada do seu carro no 1º Grupamento. Sabe-se que essa picuinha com Marcelo é desde as eleições, quando o tenente-coronel colou em seu carro os adesivos da governadora Roseana Sarney e a do deputado Ricardo Murad.

Que vergonha, quanta falta de respeito com a inteligência das pessoas, quanto descaso destes que deviram cuidar com zelo dos interesses da população que sofre passando noites em filas ao relento para pegar uma senha para marcar um consulta, quanto desrespeito com os direitos das pessoas.

Parabéns ao deputado que levou esse assunto vvergonhoso ao conhecimento da população, esperamos que fatos vegonhosos como esse não volte a se repetir e que a Governdora tome providências para dar um basta nessa corrupção deslavada que ocorre sem nenhuma cerimõnia em seu governo.

Está marcada para esta quarta-feira (4) mais uma reunião da Comissão Intergestores Bipartite (CIB), convocada pelo secretário de Estado da Saúde, Ricardo Murad, e pela presidente do Conselho de Secretários Municipais de Saúde (COSEMS).
Em pauta, dentre outros assuntos, o remanejamento dos tetos financeiros de média e alta complexidade. Prefeitos temem que Ricardo Murad faça mudanças desfavoráveis aos municípios. O secretário garante que tudo será feito dentro da legalidade e de comum acordo com todos participantes da Comissão.
Apesar disso, deve haver embates acirrados. Na tarde da última terça-feira (3), vários prefeitos reuniram-se na sede da Federação dos Municípios do Maranhão (FAMEM) para alinhavar o discurso. O presidente Junior Marreca estava presente.
Também acompanharam a reunião na FAMEM os deputados Dr. Pádua (PP), Magno Bacelar (PV), Vianey Bringel (PMDB), Cleide Coutinho (PSB) e Valéria Macedo (PDT).
A reunião extraordinária da CIB acontece à 9h, no auditório Fernando Falcão, da Assembléia Legislativa.
O problema é que vários prefeitos não vem cumprindo suas responsabilidades, principalmente as plenas e as de alta complexidade. Eu estava presente quando o Ministro da Saúde disse a governadora Roseana e ao Ricardo que para aumentar a per capita por paciente, o Maranhão teria que construir uma rede de hospitais e que as baixas e médias complexidades funcionassem de fato. Hoje o Maranhão recebe por paciente R$ 110,00, enquanto os outros estados recebem acima dos R$ 150,00 por paciente. Portanto, se todos não se unirem, como o próprio Marreca disse hoje, o Maranhão não sairá desse caos. Uma das coisas é o desconhecimento dos ditames que regulamentam os serviços públicos, por isso você ver tanta conta rejeitada. O Marreca chamou a atenção pra isso.
Não é surpresa a cidade estar um caos com a administração deste senhor; quem viveu quando sua esposa foi prefeita, sabia perfeitamente o que nos aguardava. O que mais causa espécie, é uma Deputada e não a Câmara de Vereadores denunciar o descaso do Executivo Municipal, o que deveria ser; mas parece que a Câmara está conivente com todo este estado de incapacidade administrativa; resta saber porque a Câmara de Vereadores se cala.

Acho que o debate é válido para democracia. Respeito o questionamento crítico, porém dentro do assunto em questão. O problema está sempre pautado no senso comum, coisa que enfraquece um debate dentro de sua essência. Quanto a atitude do Deputado Rubens, merece louvores, pois está fazendo seu papel constitucional como membro do legislativo…que é FISCALIZAR ! !

A pesquisa de Salmonella (entre outras enterites) deveria ser feita em ovos que estão no comércio, para evitar a contaminação dos consumidores. A salmonella se desenvolve em ovos com coleta e armazenamento impróprios (luz, temperatura), além das condições higiênicas das granjas onde são produzidos. Ovos orgânicos (caipiras, de galinhas criadas sem hormônios e alimentação sem agrotóxicos), no supermercado, custam em torno de 8 reais a cartela com 10 unidades, ou seja, 0,80 centavos cada. Bem longe dos 11 reais por ovo.
Quanto ao questionamento do deputado, que mal há??? Em um governo onde a transparência é extremamente opaca, tem mais é que questionar mesmo!!!!
Deixando de lado a gozação, na verdade são 58 dúzias de ovos, e restam apenas 4 unidades (=700unid’s.).
Cada dúzia a R$ 136,44… (sic)
Seria a penosa a famosa “Galinha dos Ovos de Ouro”??
E por que uma compra apenas 41 reais menor que o necessário para uma licitação??!!!

Em duas ações movidas pelo então governador José Reinaldo Tavares, o secretário de Saúde, Ricardo Murad, foi condenado por danos morais. São duas ações separadas e são do tempo do jornal Veja Agora.
Nas duas sentenças, que saíram agora no dia 29 de abril, sexta-feira, Murad foi condenado a pagar R$ 9 mil, assim como o jornal de sua propriedade, acrescidos de juros e correções, atuou como advogado Rodrigo Lago. O blogueiro Hostílio Caio também foi condenado a pagar igual valor.
Abaixo as duas sentenças:
Sentença saiu dia 29/04, sexta-feira. Foi R$ 9.000,00 (nove mil reais) corrigidos desde a data do fato, em março de 2006, na base de 1% ao mês. Atualizado, dá R$ 20.595,71. É pouco, mas o que basta é o valor simbólico da condenação pela divulgação de informação mentirosa e infamante.

Caio, veja o site da Globo (G1), nas últimas notícias, Brasil, às 12h22min que denunciou a nível nacional essa arbitrariedade desse Comandante do Corpo de Bombeiros do MA (Cel Marcos Paiva).
Isso não se concebe mais numa democracia, principalmente entre oficiais de alta patente, que estão sempre em busca do melhoramento da força. Caso ele fosse um comandante-geral preocupado com a coisa pública, com certeza mandaria abrir uma investigação para saber da denúncia do tenente-coronel, que disse que enquanto os carros que são para uso da coletivadade estão quebrados, o carro oficial do comandante é usado para passeio do seu motorista no bairro em que mora.
