Hoje (04), numa reunião da Bipartite, na Assembléia Legislativa, o presidente da FAMEM, Júnior Marreca, foi feliz ao comentar que a situação caótica na saúde do Maranhão e por falta de conhecimento dos ditames do SUS pela maioria dos gestores públicos. Júnior Marreca, presidente da Famem pioneiro a participar dessa reunião, falou que a Famem está a disposição dos prefeitos que tenham dificuldades em gerir a coisa pública, visto que a instituição é de todos os prefeitos.
Júnior Marreca disse, ainda, que o exemplo dessa falta de conhecimento fica claro quando sabemos que 52 municípios maranhenses têm gestão plena e que um dos problemas é que muitos desses municípios estão na plena sem ter o conhecimento de suas responsabilidades, pois muitos dessas plenas existem apenas no papel.
Na verdade, espera-se que os políticos maranhenses, principalmente os dos legislativos, procurem conhecer os problemas em suas essências, visto que a discussão na hipocrisia politiqueira não traz melhora alguma ao povo maranhense. Aproveito a oportunidade, para chamar a atenção desses políticos hipócritas, que vários municípios maranhenses estão na eminência de perder o convênio do PSF com o Ministério da Saúde, pois os mesmos não vêm cumprindo com as exigências do Ministério. Caso sejam cortados esses PSF com tais municípios, que esses politiqueiros não queiram jogar a culpa no governo do Estado, visto que o convênio é feito direto entre a esfera federal com a esfera municipal.
Em sua fala final, Marreca disse que é preciso a união dos municípios e do Estado para acabar com as dificuldades que a saúde apresenta. “SUS é um sistema unificado e é preciso o compartilhamento de todos”, ressaltou o presidente da FAMAM.
II Gastão destaca queda da pobreza no Maranhão
Brasília – O deputado federal Gastão Vieira (PMDB-MA) esteve na tribuna da Câmara dos Deputados, nesta quarta-feira (04), para falar sobre o estudo do Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (Ipea) que aponta queda da pobreza no Brasil. No Maranhão, o índice chegou a 45%, enquanto em São Paulo foi de apenas 9%.
Para ele, o crescimento da renda no Maranhão, no período de 2001 a 2009, pode ser explicado principalmente por dois fatores: reformas estruturantes e o esforço de investimento (público e privado) implementados no Estado na década anterior, que sedimentaram as bases para garantir a sustentabilidade do crescimento na década seguinte; o segundo fator, segundo ele, foi a política de inclusão do governo Lula, com o Programa Bolsa Família, responsável por beneficiar prioritariamente a região Nordeste e, em especial, os estados com rendas mais baixas, como o Maranhão.
Gastão Vieira destacou ainda que “um bom governo preocupa-se não só com a situação presente, mas principalmente com o futuro. Portanto, os resultados de um governo geralmente vão aparecer após seu período de gestão, como foi o caso da gestão de Roseana Sarney”.

Espero que o presidente da FAMAM consiga gerir audiências com pessoas que possam transmitir aos prefeitos como funciona de fato o serviço público, nas mais diversas áreas, não só na saúde, como em educação, segurança, administração de pessoal, o respeito a LRF etc.

Que falta para o presidente da FAMEM chamar a polícia para prender os larápios que se apropriam dos recusos da saúde, que quando muito, disponibilizam ambulância para trazer paciente dos interiores para Capital para serem atendidos nos socorrões da vida.
Não é por menos que o centro e alguma áreas da periferia é tomada por casas alugadas para prefeituras do interior, para lá jogarem seus doentes sem nenhuma assistência.
Cadeia é pouca para essa corja que não estão nem um pouco preocupados com os graves problemas da saúde pública da população desse Estado.
