ANEEL obriga Cemar a melhorar serviços em Santa Luzia do Paruá
A ANEEL – Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – exigiu esclarecimentos junto à Cemar sobre a oscilação de energia no município de Santa Luzia do Paruá. O péssimo serviço na região foi comunicado à ANEEL pela Corregedoria Geral da Justiça. O Ofício encaminhado pela CGJ no dia 4 de novembro de 2010 relatava a constante variação de tensão na comarca. Para solucionar o caso, a ANEEL solicitou à Cemar o envio de alguns documentos, como o laudo de inspeção técnica e a medição instantânea no ponto de entrega da energia elétrica da unidade consumidora do fórum de Santa Luzia do Paruá. Foi solicitado também, que a Cemar esclarecesse sobre a informação de que, diariamente depois das 5 da tarde ocorriam variações de tensão no município. A Aneel exigiu ainda, que a Cemar informasse sobre as providências adotadas para que o serviço de fornecimento de energia elétrica na região fosse melhorado. Em resposta, a Cemar afirmou à ANEEL que as obras de melhorias no sistema elétrico naquela região devem ocorrer durante o ano de 2011.

O secretário de Estado da Saúde (SES), Ricardo Murad, determinou nesta sexta-feira (6) a execução de obras de reforma e ampliação do Hospital Presidente Vargas (Jordoa), em caráter emergencial, para que o prédio ofereça condições físicas adequadas ao funcionamento de uma unidade de referência para doenças infecto-contagiosas (DIP). Detalhes do projeto foram discutidos pelo gestor com técnicos da Secretaria Adjunta de Obras, Saneamento e Engenharia Clínica da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES), na sede do órgão. O Hospital Presidente Vargas é atualmente referência para os pacientes portadores de tuberculose e HIV/Aids no estado. Além do serviço ambulatorial, a unidade oferece internação e exames laboratoriais, raio-X e ultrassonografia. As obras serão iniciadas nesta segunda-feira (09). O secretário fez os repasses de contrapartida estadual para o Samu de todo o Maranhão. Esta semana foram repassados aos municípios que participam do programa, os valores referentes ao primeiro trimestre deste ano e o do exercício de 2010, no total de R$ 3.939.750,00.

Os confrontos correspondem à fase Metropolitana, que reúne escolas de São Luís, Paço do Lumiar, São José de Ribamar e Raposa. De acordo com a expectativa da Secretaria de Esporte e Lazer (Sedel), mais de 30 mil alunos/atletas participarão da edição deste ano, que será disputada em quatro fases: Metropolitana/Municipal, Regional, Inter-regional e Estadual.

O deputado Roberto Costa (PMDB) concedeu entrevista ao programa Ponto Final da Rádio Mirante AM, nesta sexta-feira (06), para dá continuidade as denuncias da fraude da Ata de Validação Técnica da Planta Genérica do IPTU. O parlamentar explicou ao jornalista Roberto Fernandes, a discussão em torno do papel da Assembléia nas questões que tange o município de São Luís. “Sou deputado do Maranhão, mais obtive uma excelente votação em São Luís e por essa razão, devo satisfação aos anseios da população de São Luis, que clama por conta de tantos problemas. A cidade na verdade, está sem comando”, declarou Roberto Costa. O deputado defendeu que seja suspensa a cobrança do IPTU de 2011, para que a população não seja prejudicada. “A população não tem como pagar esse valores absurdos com aumento de mais 8.000% e nosso papel e defender a população”, disse. Em relação ao Projovem Urbano, Roberto Costa explicou que por conta das irregularidades na gestão de Weverton Rocha, o recurso foi suspenso há seis meses devido à conclusão da auditória feita pela Secretaria Nacional, que ele mesmo, quando foi secretário de Esporte e Juventude solicitou quando assumiu o cargo. “A primeira etapa do programa que foi constatada o desvio do recurso foi concluída e a segunda etapa que passou por todos os tramites legais foi penalizada, porque só agora a Secretaria Nacional concluiu a auditória e por isso suspendeu o recurso. Mas já conseguimos solucionar o problema”, declarou Roberto. Roberto Costa afirmou, ainda, que assumirá a Secretaria da Juventude.

Na última quarta-feira, o parlamentar Maranhense, Edivaldo Holanda Júnior, presidiu a Comissão de Legislação Participativa no plenário 3 da câmara dos deputados. Durante a sessão da comissão, foram aprovados 3 requerimentos, entre os assuntos, a realização de seminários e audiências públicas, ampliação dos debates com a sociedade via Conferencia WEB e as atividades comemorativas dos 10 anos de criação da comissão legislativa participativa – CLP. O presidente interino da comissão Edivaldo Holanda Júnior agradeceu a oportunidade e ressaltou “Através de audiências públicas e seminários, vamos fortalecer a aproximação da sociedade no processo político, ampliando os mecanismos de transparência”, avaliou o parlamentar.
