Depois do discurso do deputado Raimundo Cutrim, hoje (16), pedindo investigação sobre atos de improbidade da casa, um fato que ficou fora do foco principal foi o caso que envolve os gastos com o encontro de pescadores.
É sabido por todo o Brasil que o seguro-defeso foi usado ilicitamente por aqueles que nunca pegaram sequer num caniço, mas que usaram as associações da classe para tirar proveitos políticos e eleitoreiros.
Afinal, das 13 mil carteiras que foram cassadas pelo Ministério da Pesca quantas eram do estado do Maranhão? Com certeza devem ter sido muitas!!!
Vejo a oposição querer a qualquer custo uma CPI para apuração do Sistema Carcerário do Maranhão. Acho válida, desde que não seja para fazer politicalhas, mas sim para apurar de fato as questões que levaram esses homens agirem como irracional – isso dentro dos parâmetros sociais – haja vista que a falência do Sistema Carcerário não é só no Maranhão, mas em todo o país e até na maioria esmagadora dos países. Outro fator preponderante é o fato de que esse sistema já nasceu falido no Brasil e no resto do mundo, visto que rebeliões seguidas de morte já acontecem nas cadeias desde que o homem se organizou socialmente.
Agora, qual “oposicionista” terá coragem para pedir uma CPI para apurar as irregularidades com o seguro-defeso no Maranhão? Ou devemos acreditar que todos são favoráveis a essa ilicitude com o dinheiro do contribuinte? Caso seja assim, podemos afirmar que tudo não passa de hipocrisia, seguida de politicalha.
Por outro lado, a PF e o MPF já tomaram todas as providências cabíveis, porém as quadrilhas continuam fazendo a festa com esse recurso federal, mesmo depois de eleger deputado e prefeitos.
