O Blocão da Juventude saiu às ruas, nesta sexta-feira (4), realizando uma campanha educativa para os foliões que embarcavam na Rodoviária de São Luís, Ponta da Espera e passavam pelo Posto da Polícia Rodoviária Federal, rumo a folia de momo no interior do estado.
Com panfletos informativos e distribuição de preservativos, uma equipe do Conselho Estadual da Juventude (Cejovem) conscientizava os foliões sobre a importância do uso do preservativo para se prevenir contra as DST e Aids.
Essa iniciativa é uma parceria das Secretarias de Estado de Juventude e de Saúde e Detran, coordenada pelo Cejovem e pelo Fórum Estadual da Juventude.
O conselheiro da Juventude, Assis Filho, reuniu entidades estudantis e juvenis na capital e no interior do estado, com o intuito de descentralizar as ações de políticas públicas para a juventude.
“A governadora Roseana Sarney tem priorizado as ações para a juventude. Hoje, no Brasil, somos 50 milhões de jovens, por essa razão temos que conscientizar a nossa juventude sobre a importância de se prevenir,” disse Assis Filho.
A campanha continuará durante todo o período carnavalesco na capital intensificando em alguns municípios a partir desde sábado (5).
