As ambulâncias e emergências médicas perceberam que muitas vezes nos acidentes da estrada os feridos têm um celular consigo. No entanto, na hora de intervir com estes doentes, não sabem qual a pessoa a contatar na longa lista de telefones existentes no celular do acidentado. Para tal, o SAMU lança a idéia de que todas as pessoas acrescentem na sua longa lista de contatos o NUMERO DA PESSOA a contatar em caso de emergência. Tal deverá ser feito da seguinte forma: ‘AA Emergencia’ (as letras AA são para que apareça sempre este contato em primeiro lugar na lista de contatos). É simples, não custa nada e pode ajudar muito ao SAMU ou quem nos acuda. Se lhe parecer correta a proposta que lhe fazemos, passe esta mensagem a todos os seus amigos, familiares e conhecidos. Castelo: Cadê o setor de carne do Mercado da Liberdade?
Há 6 meses em reforma, cujo orçamento já passa dos 2 milhões de reais, o Mercado da Liberdade não terá seu setor de carnes reformado é o que informa o comerciante de carnes Orlando Egídio Silva, 44, que trabalha no mercado há 4 anos, após a construtora R Metais, responsável pela obra, afirmar não ter mais recursos para a conclusão dos trabalhos. Orlando explica que há 18 anos o mercado não recebia uma reforma e o setor de carnes é o mais prejudicado, tendo em vista a necessidade de um bom acondicionado e armazenagem do produto perecível. O comerciante afirma que procurou a Promotoria do Consumidor para relatar o fato, contudo a Promotora Titular encontra-se de férias. Marcou também audiência com o secretário municipal de pesca e abastecimento para as 3 horas da tarde de ontem, 15, e antes do horário marcado, recebeu um e-mail cancelando a reunião. Egídio conta que o mercado possui 21 comerciantes do setor de carnes cadastrados e que o descaso com a reforma só prejudicará os consumidores. “Não é possível que as autoridades, principalmente as que trabalham com saúde, vão ficar de braços cruzados enquanto os comerciantes e os consumidores estão sendo prejudicados desse jeito”, desabafa Orlando. O comerciante Juarez Santos, 58, que trabalha no marcado há mais de 5 anos diz que a construtora precisa reformar todo o mercado por igual. “Eles estão querendo fazer um ‘quebra-galho’ para o setor de carnes, o que não pode ser aceito por ninguém”, enfatiza.
A tramitação de MPs precisa de uma regulamentação que não crie problema para as duas Casas
O presidente Sarney declarou que não há divergência entre a Câmara e o Senado sobre o trâmite das Medidas Provisórias: ” O que nós estamos procurando é ajustar a legislação de modo a que não se crie problema para as duas Casas, nem para o país”. Depois de considerar um erro da Constituição de 1988 – “esse problema das MPs vem desde lá” – estabelecer “medidas parlamentaristas (no caso, as MPs) em um sistema presidencialista”, o presidente Sarney reclamou da ausência de prazos determinados, tanto para a Câmara quanto para o Senado, para apreciação de Medidas Provisórias. “Definindo prazos apropriados para as Casas – não teremos mais situações de Medidas Provisórias terem que ser votadas, de um dia para o outro, sem que o Plenário tenha oportunidade de fazer um exame mais completo sobre a matéria”, explicou o senador. Quanto a possível instalação de uma comissão mista para discutir a política do país para o uso da energia nuclear – sugerida pelo líder do PSDB, deputado Duarte Nogueira (SP) – Sarney identificou-se com a proposta, mas lembrou que para a constituição de uma comissão mista é necessário a convocação e indicação dos seus membros (senadores e deputados): ” Se ela for constituída, imediatamente a instalo”, garantiu.
