Cálculos divulgados pela Confederação Nacional de Municípios (CNM) mostram que será de R$ 1,8 bilhão o impacto do piso salarial nacional dos professores da educação básica nas folhas de pagamento dos municípios.
O plenário do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) impôs uma derrota a Estados e municípios ao concluir que o piso nacional é constitucional. Pela decisão, nenhum professor poderá ganhar menos do que R$ 1.187,97. Essa deverá ser a base do salário. O valor poderá ser aumentado por meio do recebimento de acréscimos e benefícios.
Conforme a CNM, o custo poderá ser ainda maior nas contas das prefeituras se o piso tiver como base valores do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (Fundeb), conforme recomenda a Advocacia Geral da União (AGU). Por esse cálculo, o piso deveria ser de R$ 1.239,27, o que representaria um gasto extra de R$ 2,3 bilhões.
O estudo ressalta que há o risco de o impacto se tornar maior. O Supremo ainda terá de decidir, provavelmente na próxima semana, se é válido ou não um dispositivo segundo o qual o professor deve passar dois terços da jornada dentro de sala de aula e o restante do tempo deve ser consumido com atividades de planejamento e aperfeiçoamento profissional.
O governo do Maranhão paga aproximadamente mais de R$ 1.600,00 aos professores da rede estadual de ensino, para uma carga horária de 20 horas semanais, isso vem mostrar que o governo paga acima de qualquer variável.

Sua informação a respeito do salário dos professores do maranhão está equivocada. O salário de 1.600,00 a que vc se refere, corresponde ao salário mais a GAM de 130%. Portanto, o piso salarial do maranhão não é 1.600,00, pois a lei do piso nacional, refere-se ao piso sem as gratificações ou benefícios.
Kelson, você se equivoca. a Lei diz salário base, com isso pode está aí gratificações e benefícios. O que não pode é a soma do tempo de serviço do professor. A soma de tudo é que diz o salário real, visto que gratificações faz parte do salário base do professor, pois é o seu trabalho fora da sala de aula.
piso, como o próprio nome diz é o valor mínimo, não confunda com o teto, que é o valor do piso acrescido de gratificações e vantagens, issso ficou bem claro nas palavras do eminente ministro do supremo aires brito.portanto, a sua governadora nunca pagou o piso aqui no maranhão, mesmo que você divida o piso de 1.187,97 por 2 já que no maranhão os professores são contaratados por 20 hs.
Você é que está confundindo, pois nenhum ministro pode determinar as especificações de um contracheque, o valor pago a um professor inicial no Maranhão é de R$ 1.600,00. Esse é o valor pago, ou seja, o maior do Brasil. GAM é apenas uma criação dos governos estaduais e municipais, o salário é o soldo total recebido, onde estão a gratificação dada e o salário. Esta gratificação pode ser simplesmente embutida no salário e pronto, visto que descanso ou atividades fora do local de trabalho não precisa ser denominada de GAM. O descanso de qualquer trabalhador é remunerado. Portanto, o que não pode se aceito é uma gratificação por tempo de serviço, salário família, horas extras e assim por diante.
Parece que você não assitiu ao julgamento, cuja análise foi exatamente em que consiste o piso, se seria o vencimento ou este acrescido às gratificações, e felizmente entendeu o STF, que é apenas o vencimento, ou seja, no Maranhão, onde o piso é o salário mínimo este deve ser reajustado pela Lei. Valor que melhora um pouco o salário do professor, mas que não faz jus a importância desta categoria, que deve continuar a luta por melhores condições de trabalho e melhores salários.
Katia, é simples, basta o governo incluir tudo como salário, pois a GAM é apenas uma conduta administrativa. Nada mais. O que não se pode mexer é na gratificação por tempo de serviço e nos salários indiretos, como salário família.
Novamente equivocado, pois a GAM não é medida administrativa está na Lei 6110/94, mas como o Executivo no Maranhão manda no Poder Legislativo deve ser fácil para a GOVERNADORA. Só que mais uma vez vai mostrar o desprestígio em relação a educação e aos educadores, e possivelmente enfrentar outro movimento.
Katia, é exatamente o que lhe disse, é uma medida administrativa, onde soma o salário base com a GAM para dar o soldo do professor. A GAM foi criada exatamente para facilitar o pagamento daqueles professores que davam aulas nos dois turnos. O que não pode, segundo os ditames que regulamentam o serviço público, é somar benefícios como tempo de serviço e salário de família.
