Assim como fiz uma carta aberta a governadora Roseana, eu não poderia deixar de me dirigir aos maranhenses e mostrar as verdadeiras causas que levam o estado sempre aparecendo em patamares abaixo dos demais estados.
Primeiramente, gostaria de dizer que cheguei ao Maranhão em 1993 e de lá para cá procurei observar vários costumes, seja ele social, econômico e, principalmente político.
Com isso, passei a me questionar e procurar respostas sobre os índices baixos, mesmo o estado apresentando certo crescimento: “O Maranhão apresenta esses índices baixos é por conseqüências sociais e antropológicas, ou seja, por culpa do seu povo? Chega-se rapidamente a conclusão que não são esses fatores. “Seria então pela questão geográfica e climática?” Também não. “Seria por não ter terras férteis para a agricultura e atrativos para a indústria e o comércio?” Está mais que provado que também não pode ser por esses fatores.
Sobrou a política. O Maranhão apresenta esses índices exatamente por culpa dos políticos, seja ele de oposição ou situação, isso a nível estadual e municipal.
Acho que nem Gramsci conseguiria entender tanta falta de compromisso dos políticos com o Estado do Maranhão. Aqui independe de quem esteja no poder, esquerda, centro, direita ou o que mais quiserem inventar, haja vista que os que farão parte da oposição e aqueles da situação, com seus interesses contrariados, vão sempre passar a imagem de terra arrasada e torcerão para que o Estado afunde mais e mais em todos os aspectos.
Hoje, o Maranhão está com índices baixos e os oposicionistas e aqueles com interesses contrariados vibram e querem que o estado caia mais em todos os aspectos. Não há preocupação com o crescimento do Estado e o bem-estar de sua gente, mas sim com o jogo pelo poder.
O mesmo método macabro e covarde acontece também nos 217 municípios maranhenses. “Vamos torcer para que este governo quebre o estado e/ou município”, assim pensam os políticos maranhenses tanto de oposição como de situação.
Você, maranhense, sabe por que nenhum político maranhense, de oposição e situação, tem a coragem em dizer que os índices são baixos por conseqüência das más administrações dos 218 gestores públicos existentes no Maranhão, que tem suas gestões independentes? Porque precisam exatamente desses outros 217 gestores para se eleger. Com isso, a culpa recai apenas sobre um gestor, o governador, seja ele de oposição ou situação. A politicalha virou cultura.
Os estados que se desvencilharam dessa política de terra arrasada para chegar ao poder, conseguiram crescer graças ao empenho de todos os políticos, das mais diversas cores partidárias, pois as questões oposicionistas passaram a ser pontuais e não generalizadas. Não tem exemplos maiores que os Estados do Ceará e do Espírito Santo.
No Maranhão a coisa é completamente diferente, os políticos querem cada vez mais ver o Estado miserável, pois não podem perder o discurso já decorado, tanto pela oposição quanto pela situação.
Uma das coisas que mais me chamou a atenção no Maranhão foi a terra do meu pai, São Vicente Ferrer. Meu pai foi embora no ano de 1948, mas sempre amou sua terra e os seus costumes. Voltemos ao que interessa. São Vicente Ferrer talvez seja o município maranhense que mais muda de prefeitos, das mais diversas cores partidárias, e não consegue sair de uma cidadezinha abandona. Entra prefeito, sai prefeito, e a coisa continua sem qualquer modificação, mesmo aumentando seus repasses e recursos. O prefeito que entra não dar a mínima aos atos e obras efetuadas pelo seu antecessor, além de demitir todos aqueles que não votaram com ele, gerando uma queda imensa na receita comercial e estrutural. Esse é o modelo dos demais municípios maranhenses e do próprio Estado.
Aqui no Maranhão, qualquer governador ou prefeito que proponha algo de bom para o bem-estar dos maranhenses, nunca será bem visto pelos oposicionistas, que buscarão meios para desqualificar e dizer que tal proposição servirá apenas para roubar o dinheiro público. “Queremos a terra arrasada”, assim pensam os políticos maranhenses.
Você, maranhense, sabe qual é a única bancada na Câmara dos Deputados que não se reúne para brigar por seu estado? É a maranhense. As bancadas dos outros estados quando é para brigar por melhorias, eles esquecem por completo de cores partidárias e das picuinhas paroquiais e seguem juntos na busca da melhoria do Estado que representam. Essa desunião em prol do Maranhão só faz com que o estado tenha o menor repasse na Saúde, fique com as migalhas orçamentárias, percam convênios importantes dos ministérios e quando fazem parte da mesma comissão, não lutam pelo mesmo ideal em prol do Maranhão. Isso é voz corrente dentro do Congresso Nacional.
Você, maranhense pedetista, sabe qual foi a cartilha educacional que mais tempo ficou implantada como base para o ensino/aprendizagem em escolas públicas no país, mesmo havendo mudanças de governadores de vários partidos? Foi a introduzida por Brizola quando foi governador do Rio Grande do Sul. O que é bom não se exclui!!! Coisa bem diferente do Maranhão, onde vemos os Vivas abandonados, os Faróis do Saber abandonados, a Lagoa da Jansen abandonada, a Avenida Litorânea abandona, pois foram “obras de meus opositores”, assim pensam os políticos maranhenses.
São covardes!!! Pois não assumem que são hipócritas e que não estão nem aí para o crescimento do Estado e do bem-estar da população. A preocupação é o jogo pelo poder.
Outro exemplo bem diferente do que pensam os políticos maranhenses. Arruda foi cassado por corrupção, mas deixou em andamento obras importantíssimas para o bem-estar dos brasilienses. Não deu outra, Agnelo, atual governador do DF, vem tanto continuidade a essas obras.
O Rio de Janeiro é outro exemplo da luta conjunta pelo estado, deixando as querelas políticas para os momentos pontuais. César Maia perdeu a eleição para o Senado, mas os políticos, seja opositores e de situação, reconhecem o seu trabalho brilhante à frente da Prefeitura da cidade Rio de Janeiro.
A Região dos Lagos, no Rio de Janeiro, é outro exemplo de união, independente da cor partidária, para que ela chegasse aonde chegou, ou seja, uma das maiores atrações turística do Brasil, seus políticos brigaram muito. A Região dos Lagos fica ao norte do Estado e perdia muito para a região sul do Rio, exatamente onde está localizada a cidade de Angra dos Reis. Os prefeitos e vereadores das regiões dos Lagos se uniram e transformaram a região num dos mais importantes pólos de arrecadação para o Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Vejam o que é pensar pela razão e não pela hipocrisia da politicalha. No post “Criação de novos estados: Senadores do Sul e do Sudeste fazem cálculos desfavoráveis aos Estados que eles representam”, mostra a união dos parlamentares do Sul e do Sudeste, independente de cor partidária, para avaliar o que isso representa de desfavorável aos estados dessas regiões. Eles chegaram à conclusão que essa aprovação dará total condição dos representantes do Norte e Nordeste aprovarem qualquer emenda à Constituição sem precisar dos votos dos senadores das demais regiões. Com a criação dos Estados, a região Norte passaria a ter 27 senadores representando 15,8 milhões de habitantes, ou seja, um parlamentar para cada 587 mil habitantes. Na região Sudeste existe 12 senadores para representar 80,3 milhões de pessoas, o equivalente a um parlamentar para cada 6,697 milhões de habitantes.
Com se podem ver, eles têm suas diferenças partidárias, mas quando o assunto é mexer com as vantagens dos seus respectivos estados, não titubeiam em se unir para que seus respectivos estados não percam uma vantagem ou um níquel sequer.
No Maranhão a coisa é completamente diferente… Quanto mais tirarem dinheiro de quem está no poder, melhor para o discurso de terra arrasada. O povo que se lasque!!!
Um fator marcante no Maranhão e ao mesmo tempo canalha – basta acompanhar as casas legislativas -, é não existir um político, seja oposição ou situação, ter a coragem em dizer que as prefeituras que o apóiam não estão cumprindo com suas responsabilidades no que tange obter suas metas na saúde e na educação, além de não aplicar os demais recursos corretamente. Aponte um político que seja!!!
Portanto, senhores e senhoras maranhenses, o Maranhão tem esses péssimos índices por conta das politicalhas contra o Estado e sua gente.
Caso apareça um que queira moralizar qualquer pasta, cujas modificações irão contrariar os interesses de qualquer político (oposição ou situação) ou de empresários ligadíssimos aos grupos, com certeza estará rifado.
Então, fica evidente que é excelente para classe política maranhense, o Maranhão ser considerado sempre como terra arrasada.

A política como ciência não é o que vemos. A democracia em sua essência não é a que vemos, os conceitos e preconceitos, além dos valores éticos e morais, não são o que muitos querem mostrar, ou seja, o homem vive da hipocrisa em todas as áreas de atuação, mas mais nojeta de todas é a hipocrisia politiqueira. Vou lhe dar um exemplo claro disso. Estranhei o silêncio do deputado Rubens Júnior e do Marcelo Tavares sobre o aumento e a fraude do IPTU de São Luís, com isso fui buscar informações e descobrir que ficaram calados porque os vereadores do PCdoB votaram favorável a toda essa patacoada. Como sou um defensor assíduo do questionamento crítico, fiquei do comitê de imprensa vendo o quanto os políticos não merecem qualquer tipo de respeito pelo eleitor. Veio-me a cabeça por que de tanta hipocrisia, do falso moralismo, da falta de ética? Tudo pelo poder… ainda querem passar por comunista e socialista!!! Quanta pouca vergonha!!! Miguel, nesse post fiz questão de mostrar as verdades sobre a política maranhense, que por suas picuinhas pelo poder que ver sempre o Maranhão como terra arrasada. Essa é a verdade, pois torcem para que tenha mais fome, pobreza, miséria, morte, falta de educação, de saúde, visto que assim satisfaz seus super egos na luta pelo poder. É muito nojeto!!!

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
