Acabo de assistir e escutar um dos debates mais enfáticos sobre apoio político com ética em sua essência. O debate foi entre os senadores Pedro Simon (PMDB-RS), Cristovam Buarque (PDT-DF) e a senadora Ana Amélia (PP-RS). Mostraram que o apoio a um governo não precisa de interesses pessoais, mas sim de apoio as ações que melhorem de fato a governabilidade e as perspectivas do bem-estar do povo brasileiro.
Um debate de alto nível é o que se espera dos representantes do povo, coisa difícil, pois esse tipo de debate podemos ainda assistir apenas no Senado Federal. Os senadores independentes de partidos e posições elogiaram as atitudes da Presidenta Dilma e as ações dos ex-presidentes da República Fernando Collor e Itamar Franco, nas discussões nas comissões e no plenário.
Com isso questionei: “Até que ponto a política é compatível com a ética? A política pode ser eficiente se incorporar a ética? Não seria puro moralismo exigir que a política considere os valores éticos?”. Vi isso hoje nesse debate entre esses três senadores. Como seria bom que os políticos assistissem como se faz política com é ética e numa essência de reconhecimento!!!
Quando se trata da relação entre ética e política não há respostas fáceis. Há mesmo quem considere que esta é uma falsa questão, em outras palavras, que ética e política são como a água e o vinho: não se misturam. Quem pensa assim, adota uma postura que nega qualquer vínculo da política com a moral: os fins justificam os meios.
O ‘realismo político’, ou seja, a busca de resultados a qualquer preço, subtrai os atos políticos à qualquer avaliação moral, entendendo esta como restrita à vida privada, dissociando o indivíduo do coletivo.
Esta concepção sobre a relação ética e política desconsidera que a moral também é um fator social e como tal não pode se restringir ao santuário da consciência dos indivíduos. Em outras palavras, embora a moral se manifeste pelo comportamento do indivíduo, ela expressa uma exigência da sociedade.
A política nega ou afirma certa moral e que, em última instância, a política também é avaliada pelo comportamento e entendimento moral das pessoas. Aliás, se a política almeja legitimidade não pode, entre outros fatores, dispensar o consenso dos cidadãos — o que pressupõe o apelo à moral.
O moralismo abstrato concentra a atenção na esfera da vida privada, do político. Portanto, aprisiona a política à moral intimista e subjetiva deste. Ao centrar a atenção na esfera individual, o falso moralista julga o governante tão-somente como inimigo e seus vícios o leva a buscar algo para enfatizar seu pensamento de ódio, cujo resultado é sempre maléfico ao coletivo, haja vista que não têm alternativas ou projetos que possam modificar o que por ventura possa surgir.
De um lado o ‘realismo político’; de outro, o moralismo absoluto. Nem tanto mar, nem tanto terra. A política e a moral, embora expressem esferas de ação e de comportamento humano específicas e distintas, são igualmente importantes para a ação humana no sentido da transformação social.
Política e moral são formas de comportamento que não se identificam (a primeira enfatiza o coletivo; a segunda o indivíduo). Nem a política pode absorver a moral, nem esta pode ser reduzida à política. Embora sejam esferas diferentes, há a necessidade de uma relação mútua que não anule as características particulares de cada uma. Portanto, nem a renúncia à política em nome da moral; nem a exclusão absoluta da política.
Mas, ainda fica a pergunta inicial: é possível a ética na política? Deixo a resposta aos leitores.

I’m sure you already know about On-page SEO, where Google cares highly about proper formatting of various H1/H2/H3 tags, having your main keyword appear in the beginning of your post and having your post end with the keyword, along with having keyword related alt tags and very relevant LSI.
