O que mais chama a atenção para quem ouve o “oposicionista” Marcelo Tavares falar, da tribuna da Assembléia Legislativa, é sua cara de pau em cobrar ética e moralidade – como se não tivesse participado do governo corrupto do seu tio José Reinaldo – além de achar que todos que o escutam são idiotas e analfabetos.
Ontem (22), Marcelo Tavares, aos berros, da tribuna, pedia que o Secretário de Segurança Publica fosse convocado para prestar esclarecimento pelo fato do Jornal Folha de São Paulo ter publicado que o presidente do Senado, José Sarney, teria usado um helicóptero do governo do Estado. Ora bolas!!! Marcelo pensa que todo mundo é imbecil e que desconhece os direitos constitucionais dos presidentes da República, dos presidentes do Congresso, dos presidentes da Câmara dos Deputados e dos presidentes do STF. O uso da aeronave está amparado pela constituição…
Sem titubear, o presidente do Senado, José Sarney (PMDB-AP), confirmou que usou o helicóptero do governo do Maranhão quando esteve em viagem particular ao estado porque tem prerrogativas de chefe do Poder Legislativo. “Eu tenho direito a transporte e segurança em todo o país, de representação. Quando se fala em direito de representação não éem serviço. Porqueo presidente que é chefe do Poder, onde ele vai tem direito a transporte e segurança”, justificou Sarney. Entendeu Marcelo?
Já que o Marcelo Tavares, assim como a Folha de São Paulo é tão preocupado com a coisa pública, por que ele não deu um pio quando o deputado Domingos Dutra e seu cupincha e subsecretário fantasma em Maricá, Márcio Jardim, usaram uma aeronave do governo para vir comandar uma baderna em frente ao INCRA/Ma, órgão do próprio governo? Isso é ser ético e moralista? Me compre um bode!!! Esses dois jamais poderiam usar uma aeronave do poder público, pois não possuem prerrogativas constitucionais para isso.
Agora, ver se aprende a ser oposicionista sério com a coisa pública. Veja o que disse o líder do PSDB no Senado, Álvaro Dias (PR): “apesar de não ser ilegal, o uso da aeronave para fins particulares pode não ter sido correto. Quem sabe seja a possibilidade para alterarmos o que existe de normas conferindo prerrogativas que devem ser extirpadas do cenário nacional”, ponderou Dias.
Não usando dois pesos e duas medidas, Álvaro criticou ainda o ministro das Comunicações, Paulo Bernardo, que também foi acusado, em matéria da revista Época, de ter viajado em um jato particular, na companhia de um empresário do Paraná que tem contratos com o governo. Segundo a revista, na época, o ministro estava à frente do Ministério do Planejamento e usou o avião durante a campanha de sua mulher – hoje ministra-chefe da Casa Civil da Presidência da República, Gleisi Hoffmann – a uma vaga no Senado, nas eleições de 2010.
Para o líder do governo no Senado, Romero Jucá (PMDB-RR), Bernardo deverá dar explicações no Congresso Nacional sobre a viagem em aeronave particular. “Há uma norma no serviço público que veda esse tipo de utilização por ministros, portanto, ela deve ser cumprida. Eu não conheço em detalhes essa questão do ministro Paulo Bernardo, mas acho que ele deve dar explicações”, afirmou o líder. Sobre Sarney, contudo, Jucá considerou que as explicações “já foram dadas”.
