A Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) e o Centro de Especialidades Médicas (CEM) da Cidade Operária serão inaugurados, hoje (2), às 16 horas, pela governadora Roseana Sarney e pelo secretário de Estado de Saúde, Ricardo Murad, construídos exclusivamente com recursos estaduais. Também hoje à tarde, às 14 horas, entram em operação o 3º e o 5º andares do Hospital Carlos Macieira, obras que fazem parte do Programa Saúde é Vida. A UPA Cidade Operária tem estrutura diferenciada das demais UPAs e funcionará 24 horas com atendimento básico, de pediatria, clínica geral, ortopedia e odontologia. No mesmo prédio funcionará o Centro de Especialidades Médicas, que oferecerá consultas ambulatoriais nas áreas de neurologia, otorrinolaringologia, gastroenterologia, pediatria, geriatria, endocrinologia, pneumologista, proctologia, cardiologia, ginecologia e odontologia. Não é uma maravilha, senhores “opositores”???
Seduc e Sinproesemma na mesa de negociação
O Governo do Estado e a diretoria do Sinproesemma se reuniram na quarta-feira (31), no Palácio Henrique deLa Rocque, em novo encontro da mesa permanente de negociação. A reunião de trabalho foi presidido pelo vice-governador Washington Luiz e pelo secretário de Estado de Educação (Seduc), João Bernardo Bringel. Na abertura do encontro, o vice-governador, que vem comandando as reuniões da mesa de negociação, apresentou oficialmente o secretário titular da Seduc à diretoria do sindicato. “O novo secretário de educação irá trabalhar a pauta de negociações com o sindicato”, informou Washington Luiz. João Bernardo Bringel ressaltou que a negociação com o sindicato é essencial para a educação do Maranhão. Ele informou que o Governo do Estado está finalizando os estudos para apresentar aos representantes sindicais na próxima terça-feira (6), uma ampla proposta de recomposição salarial dos profissionais de educação, contemplando as progressões da categoria e um projeto de política salarial para os próximos anos, além do estudo final do Estatuto do Educador, focado na melhoria dos indicadores educacionais do Maranhão. Também informou que o governo cumprirá a decisão do STF.
Câmara aprova Pronatec: R$ 2 bilhões na oferta de bolsas-formação para alunos do ensino profissionalizante até 2012
Câmara dos Deputados aprovou a criação do Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego (Pronatec). O objetivo da proposta é aumentar a oferta de cursos profissionalizantes e de qualificação. O texto aprovado é o substitutivo da Comissão de Educação e Cultura ao Projeto de Lei 1209/11, do Executivo. O público-alvo do Pronatec são os estudantes de ensino médio da rede pública, os trabalhadores e os beneficiários de programas federais de transferência de renda e deverá atender até oito milhões de pessoas até 2014, segundo o Ministério da Educação. Alunos que cursaram o Ensino Médio em instituições particulares com bolsa integral poderão ter acesso ao programa. “Na proposta original, todos os alunos egressos de instituições particulares não poderiam participar do Pronatec, no entanto, consegui incluir os bolsistas que, naturalmente, precisam de incentivo para seguir na vida profissional”, afirma o autor da proposta, o deputado federal Gastão Vieira (PMDB-MA). O parlamentar, que é o presidente da Comissão Especial que analisa o Plano Nacional de Educação, aprovou outras duas emendas.
Presidente Sarney participa de comemoração nos Diários Associados
O presidente José Sarney participou, nesta manhã, de solenidade de comemoração da Semana da Pátria nos Diários Associados, um dos maiores grupos de empresas de comunicação no Brasil. O presidente do grupo, Álvaro Teixeira da Costa e o vice-presidente, Evaristo de Oliveira, coordenaram a comemoração que contou também com a presença do governador do Distrito Federal, Agnelo Queiroz, entre outras autoridades. Os Diários Associados reúnem, entre dezenas de veículos de comunicação, os jornais Correio Braziliense, o Estado de Minas e Diário de Pernambuco. O grupo, que completa 87 anos, foi criado por Francisco de Assis Chateaubriand Bandeira de Melo, conhecido como Assis Chateaubriand, um dos nomes mais importantes da comunicação do Brasil no século XX.
Dr. Pádua participa da palestra proferida pelo ministro Lobão
Promovida pela Câmara de Vereadores de Imperatriz, o deputado estadual Dr. Pádua (PP) participou nesta quinta-feira (1°), às 11h, da palestra “A situação econômica do Brasil frente à crise mundial”, proferida pelo ministro de Minas e Energia, Edison Lobão. Empresários, políticos, trabalhadores, estudantes e professores lotaram o auditório do Palácio do Comércio e Indústria (PCI), situado na rua Bom Futuro, no Centro,em Imperatriz. Apalestra, bastante concorrida, também mobilizou estudantes do ensino médio e universitários. Dr. Pádua considera contextual “os efeitos da crise mundial no Brasil”, e relembrou que na última crise o governo soube superá-la sem prejuízos à população brasileira. “Nós acreditamos que, se houver outra crise, o governo brasileiro conseguirá reverte-la”, prevê. “Imperatriz desponta no cenário econômico como uma das cidades mais promissoras para investimentos no Brasil, devido a sua posição geográfica fazendo divisa com o estado do Tocantins e próximo do Pará”, finalizou.
