O deputado Francisco Escórcio visitou o serviço de recuperação da estrada que liga João Lisboa a Amarante. Os serviços de recuperação, principalmente das crateras cabeceiras de pontes e bueiros, estão sendo feitos. Logo em seguida, será feita a recuperação em toda a estrada. Os serviços para o aterramento dos trechos mais danificados já estão concluídos, restando agora a parte asfáltica, que deverá ser concluída na sequência. As providências de todos esses serviços foram solicitadas pelo deputado e prontamente atendidas pela governadora Roseana Sarney.
Chiquinho Escórcio exigiu do presidente do INSS a inauguração do posto do INSS no município de Amarante. Ele manteve com o presidente do INSS, Valdir Moysés Simão, que solicitou a abertura da unidade que será de grande valia para aquela região. A inauguração deverá acontecer o mais rápido possível. Assim a população da região será bastante beneficiada.
Após visitar o município de Buritirana, Chiquinho tomou as providências de imediato pela falta de água. Deve estar chegando, hoje (12) ou amanhã (13), um técnico da Funasa para estudar o aprofundamento dos postos já existentes e também pedir à fundação a liberação de R$ 500 mil que está incluído no PAC para melhorar o abastecimento de água naquele município. “Nós não podemos deixar nossa população sem esse líquido precioso. Água é vida. E temos o incentivo da nossa presidente Dilma Rousseff para abastecer a nossa população deste líquido precioso”.
Chiquinho Escórcio solicitou a doação de uma área de 18 mil m² ao governo do Maranhão, para que a Marinha possa se instalarem Imperatriz. Agovernadora Roseana Sarney já deu sinal verde para a pretensão da Marinha Brasileira. A partir daí os serviços serão mais eficientes, porque com a barragem do Estreito, que impacta uma grande área, terá proteção e a vigilância da Marinha.
O deputado pediu, ainda, ao Ministério Público a interdição do Mercado municipal de SenadorLa Rocque. Chiquinhoesteve no local e constatou as irregularidades. Vários inconvenientes como lixo acumulado, água de péssima qualidade, esgoto a céu aberto e a falta de higienização dos banheiros têm provocado uma fedentina insuportável no Mercado Municipal, como relata os comerciantes. Outro grave problema é o grande “depósito de lixo” que fica a menos de 10 metros do Mercado Público de SenadorLa Rocque, que contribui para a proliferação de insetos como moscas e baratas nos açougues. “Uma situação dessa é inaceitável”, destaca o deputado.

A Campanha Nacional de Prevenção da Cegueira pelo Glaucoma, realizada desde a semana passada, está beneficiando centenas de pessoasem Imperatriz. Ainformação foi prestada ontem à reportagem pelo deputado estadual Dr. Pádua (PP), presidente da Comissão de Saúde da Assembléia Legislativa do Maranhão.
“Essa descentralização é considerada de suma importância, pois o atendimento começou pela Unidade Mista Clésio Fonseca, no grande Vila Nova”, disse ele, que destaca a parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (Semus). “Nós queremos levar esse projeto às principais unidades de saúde. E nessa semana começamos a atender no posto de saúde Dr. Milton Lopes”, acrescentou.
Ele explica que essa campanha deveria ter sido realizada desde o ano de 2008, em Imperatriz. “Nós empreendemos esforços e somente agora conseguimos implementar esse projeto, incluindo a cidade na Campanha Nacional de Prevenção da Cegueira pelo Glaucoma”, disse.
O deputado estadual Dr. Pádua ressalta que a execução desse projeto é mais um compromisso assumido durante o período da campanha eleitoral que é viabilizado em Imperatriz. “Essa ação beneficiará centenas de pessoas, pois é a prevenção contra a cegueira”, afirma.
