Sedel promove sábado de esporte e lazer no bairro do Lira
Esporte e lazer farão parte da vida dos moradores do bairro do Lira,em São Luísdurante todo este sábado (24). A Secretaria de Estado do Esporte e Lazer (Sedel) promove, das 8h às 17h, mais uma edição do programa Maranhão Feliz. O evento será realizado na Praça da Saudade e é destinado à comunidade do bairro e adjacências. O “Lira Feliz”, como será chamado esta edição do programa da Sedel, visa incentivar a prática do esporte e do lazer para a crianças, jovens, adultos, idosos e pessoas com deficiência. Atividades recreativas como futebol de travinha, basquete, voleibol, peteca, futsal, espiribol, tênis de mesa, jogo de damas, dominó, xadrez, jogo de botões, queimado, capoeira, entre outras, fazem parte da programação do dia de lazer. Para o secretário-adjunto da Sedel, Clineu Filho, é importante unir as atividades culturais existentes no bairro com as práticas esportivas desenvolvidas pelo “Maranhão Feliz”, porque desta forma, o programa conseguirá atingir seus objetivos.
1ª Conferência de Juventude é realiza em Paço do Lumiar
A Prefeitura de Paço do Lumiar através da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social realizada durante todo o dia de hoje, 23, a 1ª Conferência Municipal da Juventude. O evento teve inicio às 9h e encerra às 18h, no Convento da Purificação, na Avenida 4, no Maiobão. “Esta conferência tem como objetivo abrir um espaço democrático onde toda a sociedade civil, sociedade organizada podem falar de suas ideias, sugestões para criarmos ações para beneficio da juventude de Paço do Lumiar. Vamos avaliar as ações existentes para saber se elas estão sendo satisfatória para a população e discutir novas políticas para criamos um plano de ação para o próximo ano”, afirmou o secretário de Desenvolvimento Social Augustus Gomes. Com o tema: “Juventude, Desenvolvimento e Efetivação de Direitos”, a Conferência da Juventude teve como intuito fortalecer a relação entre o governo e a sociedade civil para maior efetividade na formulação, execução e controle de políticas de Juventude; debater parâmetros e diretrizes para a elaboração da Política Municipal de Juventude; identificar e fortalecer a transversalidade do tema Juventude nas três esferas de governo, e outros. Cerca de 400 jovens estiveram presentes na Conferência, onde puderam expor suas ideias.
Antonio Pereira, acompanhado pelo deputado federal Chiquinho Escórcio, esteve com ministro da Justiça para por fim no conflito em Amarante
O ministro da Justiça, José Eduardo Cardoso, vai se reunir, na próxima semana, com a superintendência regional da Fundação Nacional do Índio (Funai), em Brasília (DF), para deliberar sobre o fim do problema fundiário causado pela possível ampliação, de 140 mil hectares para 204 mil hectares, da Reserva Indígena Governador, localizada no município de Amarante, acerca de 835km de São Luís, na região oeste do Maranhão. Foi o que revelou, ontem 23), o deputado Antonio Pereira (DEM), após participar, na última quinta-feira (21), de reunião com o ministro, acompanhado do deputado Chiquinho Scórcio (PMDB), dos ex-prefeitos Marconi Gomes (Amarante), Sansão (Sítio Novo) e representantes da Comissão de produtores rurais de Amarante e Sítio Novo. A reunião foi agendada pelo presidente do Senado, senador José Sarney (PMDB-AP).Segundo Antonio Pereira, durante reunião com o Funai, o ministro José Eduardo Cardoso ouvirá a versão da Fundação, acerca da ampliação da Reserva Governador. Depois, o ministro recebe, novamente, os dois deputados e a da Comissão Permanente em Defesa dos Proprietários Rurais de Amarante. Em seguida, o ministro deve anunciar uma decisão para acabar, de vez, com o problema fundiário.
Servidores do TRE coordenam grupo de trabalho de âmbito nacional
A Diretora-Geral do TSE, Patrícia Landi da Silva Bastos, designou o Diretor-Geral, Gustavo Adriano Campos, e o Secretário de Administração e Finanças, Amudsen Bonifácio, como coordenadores do grupo de trabalho que trata sobre a criação do Fundo Especial de Modernização e Aparelhamento da Justiça Eleitoral- FUNJET. O Diretor-Geral e o Secretário, idealizadores da criação do fundo especial no âmbito eleitoral, apresentaram as idéias iniciais para alguns servidores do TRE, que auxiliarão na elaboração do projeto. Os fundos especiais, que já estão presentes em alguns Tribunais, são constituídos através de receitas especificadas que por lei se vinculam à realização de determinados objetivos ou serviços, sendo uma forma de conseguir um aporte maior de recursos. Além dos servidores do TRE-MA, o grupo de trabalho conta com representantes dos Tribunais Eleitorais do Amapá, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, além de um representante do TSE.
Sarney anuncia integrantes da Comissão de Juristas que tratará da reforma do Código Penal
O presidente do Senado, José Sarney, comunicou ao Plenário, nesta quarta-feira (21), os nomes dos integrantes da Comissão de Juristas instituída pela Presidência do Senado para elaborar um anteprojeto de Código Penal. Sarney informou que fazia o comunicado atendendo a requerimento encaminhado pelo senador Pedro Taques (PDT-MT), que agradeceu em Plenário, lembrando que o Código Penal brasileiro, elaborado em 1940, precisa ser modernizado. Foram indicados para integrar a Comissão de Juristas o ministro do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) Gilson Langaro Dipp, que a presidirá; a ministra do STJ Maria Teresa Moura; Antonio Nabor Areias Bulhões; Emanuel Messias de Oliveira Cacho; Gamil Föppel El Hireche; o desembargador José Muiños Piñeiro Filho; a defensora Juliana Garcia Belloque; a procuradora Luiza Nagib Eluf; o procurador Luiz Carlos Gonçalves; o professor Luiz Flávio Gomes; o promotor Marcelo André de Azevedo; Marcelo Leal Lima Oliveira; Marcelo Leonardo; professor René Ariel Dotti; e Técio Lins e Silva. Sarney também esclareceu que a participação na Comissão de Juristas não será remunerada, constituindo serviço público relevante prestado ao Senado Federal. As despesas logísticas necessárias ao funcionamento da comissão deverão ser aprovadasem Plenário. Opresidente ainda anunciou que marcou para a próxima terça-feira (27) para votação do Projeto de Decreto Legislativo (PDL) 147/11 com a indicação da deputada Ana Arraes (PSB-PE) para o cargo de ministra do Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU).
